Voice Processing Systems

Our Voice Processing solutions based on the Panasonic products come in different sizes, features, capacity, and price to fit a wide gamut of needs. During the solution definition, we work with the customer to identify the critical requirements to derive the optimal specification. The major parameters are the number of ports, number of mailboxes, and total voice storage capacity. A properly sized voice processing system shall not run out of these resources. If your organization is also looking for advanced features like auto-attendant, custom menu trees, and/or computer integration, then these requirements must be taken in consideration as well. Below are our typical voice processing solutions.

Budget-conscious customers now have the Simple Voice Mail (SVM) option in the form of so-called in-skin SVM card. This card has basic voice mail functionality and low cost. Maximum of 2 cards can be installed inside the KX-TDA50 cabinet.

The KX-TVA50 and KX-TVA200 have a unified operating system, which enables both models to offer the same great feature set with the exception of the Centralized Voice Mail function available only through the bigger unit. The difference comes down to capacity and pre-installed options. The KX-TVA200 comes equipped with more ports, storage, and LAN interface by default. It is targeted to midsize, large, and multi-location customers. For small offices, the truly affordable KX-TDA50 is the ideal VPS that can be upgraded to include more ports, storage, and LAN interface when the needs evolve.

The most robust KX-NCV200 adds powerful and granular Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) reporting. This integrated VPS is designed to allow analysis of call patterns and statistics for optimization and improvement. This solution is targeted for call centers where measuring and managing traffic becomes an important business requirement.

Paired with Acmera's telecom maintenance services, this voice processing solution can support your operations without creating the typical burden of learning, administering, and maintaining the VPS. Please contact any of our telecom engineers for information on managed services. Also, browse the next page for an overview of select features, but remember that we have more information. Acmera's telecom engineers will be happy to provide brochures and discuss in greater details how various VPS options can meet your needs.
