Microsoft's Small Business Specialist certification is the endorsement
of the Partner's commitment to and proficiency in delivering IT solutions to Small
and Medium Business (SMB) market clients. The Small Business Specialist designation
sets a Microsoft Partner apart by recognizing the SMB focus. To obtain this status,
a Partner must complete a set of requirements that includes a comprehensive exam,
sales assessment, and subscription to a paid partner program.

This certification validates and demonstrates proficiency in the IBM database solutions. IT Manager's certification is a comprehensive set of tests, which verifies
that the manager has a required knowledge and skill set to manage all the
aspects of IT department. The knowledge areas tested: requirements definition,
design, installation, maintenance, support, and upgrade of operating systems,
software, hardware, and peripherals; monitoring and maintenance of network
equipment, applications, and security; database design, development, and
administration; technical support and troubleshooting; establishment and
execution of backup, restoration, and anti-virus strategies; and quality
assurance. This job role certification requires to pass 12 exams.

Systems Architect's certification is a comprehensive
set of tests, which verifies that the person has a required knowledge and skill
set to be responsible for analyzing user/business requirements and applying
best-practice standards, methodologies, models, and technologies in developing
and executing recommendations on system architecture and software application design,
development, testing, implementation, and improvements/refinements. A Systems
Architect provides architectural guidance and may lead development teams,
integration teams, and other experts involved in all phases of the development
life cycle to ensure business/technical needs or challenges are met. This job
role certification requires to pass 9 exams.

Web Developer's (BCIP) certification is a comprehensive
set of tests, which verifies that the person has a required knowledge and skill
set to be responsible for using programming, scripting, and
database integration tools to develop professional, effective, and well-organized
client-side and server-side Web sites. Web Developers must know HTML, XML, and
Object-Oriented Design and should be able to use a variety of programming
languages and Web development tools. This job role is part of the Brainbench
Certified Internet Professional (BCIP) program and requires to pass 8 exams.
