Acmera staff maintains memberships with the Project Management Institute (PMI). PMI stands as a
global leader in the development of standards for the practice of project
management. PMI maintains a standards document, a Guide to the Project
Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), which is recognized throughout the
world as a standard for managing projects. Acmera’s consultants passed the
rigorous, examination-based Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
program.

Project Manager's certification is a comprehensive
set of tests, which verifies that the manager has a required knowledge and skill
set to exercise authority over the planning, direction, and control of tasks and
associated functions essential for support of a designated project from inception
to completion or through a single or multiple phases of that project. The
knowledge areas tested: customer requirements and expectations, scheduling and
sequencing of activities, budget, equipment availability and cost, and resource
availability and allocation, governmental and industrial regulations, political
climate, labor relations. This job role certification requires to pass 8 exams.
